This group manages the construction and renovation needs for the properties managed by The Medve Group. Whether

it is new construction or a renovation, the team of project managers oversee the projects from the initial scopes through completion.  We ensure that the scope and delivery of the projects conform to the long-term principles underlying the investments in determining the best value options rather than the lowest cost option, in which durability plays a large role.  We have a dedicated team of associates and contractors that work towards this common goal.

 

The Construction and Development Team also oversees the valuable preventative maintenance functions at the properties including tree trimming, gutter cleaning, light replacement, building washing, and more.

 

We have invested in a wide variety of equipment that allows us to complete the projects for a lower cost.  The type and function of the equipment is diverse, ranging from large construction equipment, such as aerial work platforms with some capable of reaching 120 feet high, track loaders and skid steers, telescopic forklifts, to specialty equipment such as concrete saws, concrete x-ray machine, pipe freezing equipment, progress tools, etc.
