The Human Resources and Payroll Team provides a streamlined, innovative approach to recruiting using many modern tools to find the best candidates for each role.  They provide tremendous service to our associates by maintaining access to competitive benefits, an updated intranet, and payroll management.

 

The Information Technology team provides a full-service solutions for a modern multifamily property.  From installation and maintenance of camera systems, to global management of internet/phone/cable services, to server installation and maintenance, to basic help desk functions, this group offers The Medve Group cost effective access to the most current technology and services available.

 

The Marketing and Design team provides outstanding original design work which includes website design, print design, marketing materials, signage and social media management.  They ensure that Medve communities have design-forward, professional materials and platforms.

 

The Collections Team provides an effective in-house collections of early receivables from previous residents and tracks the aged accounts as they are distributed to our outside collection partners.  By providing early, active collections on receivables, they are often able to collect the full debt owed with payment either in full or in payment plans that they are track and manage.
